Navigating Women’s Mental Health Challenges in the Changing World
While we celebrate International Women’s Day, let’s take a brief pause to reflect on women’s health in society. Women are often known for their selfless attitude, prioritizing the needs of others before their own. The consequence of this is they tend to put their health at the very bottom of their to-do list, or even worse, it doesn’t make the list at all. Women tend to find it difficult to say “no” to unrealistic demands and expectations, which can lead to a host of mental health challenges such as caregiving stress, pre-menopausal challenges, and relationship conflicts.
